Hi, I’m Diane Davis—Realtor with Sibcy Cline in the Montgomery office, and your guide to finding not just a house, but a home that fits your life.

I help people navigate big transitions with care and clarity—whether that’s moving children into their next chapter, downsizing, relocating, or handling life’s unexpected changes. I know how overwhelming it can feel—I’ve been there myself. Helping my children move, supporting my mother-in-law through hospice, clearing out her home, and walking through the entire selling process gave me a first-hand look at how important it is to have someone patient, honest, and truly on your side.

My roots are on Cincinnati’s West Side, where I graduated from Western Hills High School. I earned a degree in nursing and continued my career path with an Associate of Science in Paralegal Studies from FMU. Along the way, I also earned certificates in business, and finally completed my Real Estate Certificate at Cincinnati State Technical and Community College—giving me a well-rounded education across multiple sectors and perspectives.

Now, I bring that same care, versatility, and expertise to every client I work with. My goal? To make your move smooth, informed, and even exciting—without any pressure.

When I’m not helping clients, you’ll probably find me traveling, camping in our RV, or spending time with my little zoo—my dogs, a foster pup, and some cats 🐾
